Legal bases for UK and EU visitors
If UK or EU privacy law applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Contract: to process and deliver your order, provide support and handle returns or warranty claims.
- Legal obligation: to keep records, comply with tax laws, consumer laws, product safety duties and regulatory obligations.
- Legitimate interests: to prevent fraud, secure the website, improve website performance, respond to customer requests and operate our business.
- Consent: for non-essential cookies, Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics 4 and Google advertising features (conversion measurement, Google Signals and ad personalisation), marketing emails where required, and any other processing that legally requires consent.
You can withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the store, remember choices, secure checkout, measure website performance and understand how visitors use the site.
Essential cookies
Essential cookies are used to make the website, cart, checkout, security and consent settings work. These are necessary for the store to function.
Microsoft Clarity
With your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our website.
Clarity may collect information such as page interactions, clicks, scrolls, mouse movements, page rendering data, device information, browser information and approximate location. Clarity may provide heatmaps, session replay and usage insights.
We use Clarity to improve website usability, detect problems and understand how visitors experience the store. We configure Clarity to reduce unnecessary personal information collection, including masking sensitive fields where available.
Clarity cookies and full analytics are only enabled after you accept analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the website footer.
Do not enter sensitive personal information into free-text fields unless it is necessary for your request.
Google Analytics 4
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the store is used — visits, pages viewed, traffic sources, product interest and purchases.
The same Google Analytics property also runs on Shopify’s checkout domain, so we can understand orders that start on our website and finish at checkout.
If you accept analytics cookies, we also allow Google to use this measurement data for Google advertising features: measuring whether a Google ad led to a visit or a purchase (conversion measurement) and, where Google’s own settings enable them, ad personalisation and aggregated cross-device insights (Google Signals). We do not upload customer lists to Google. You can turn these advertising features off at any time by choosing Reject in “Cookie settings” in the website footer, and you can separately control ad personalisation in your Google account’s ad settings.
Until you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics stores nothing on your device and no advertising identifiers are used. Google’s tag loads in “consent mode”, which may send limited, cookieless technical signals to Google (such as the fact that a page loaded) before you make a choice; full measurement, cookies and the advertising features described above run only after you accept. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the website footer.
Vercel Web Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and performance. It does not use third-party cookies for visitor tracking, and helps us understand pages viewed, traffic sources and basic performance information.
We do not intentionally send sensitive personal information, email addresses, order numbers, payment details, access tokens or private message content to Vercel Analytics.
Managing cookies
You can manage your cookie choices through “Cookie settings” in the website footer. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.
If you reject non-essential cookies, the store should still work, but some analytics and experience-improvement tools will not run.
